Congrats on a fantastic year in your growth as a true international racer---you've been there from the beginning of the year to the end. Now you have one more chore---become the leader of this US Woman's Team, as I think it has huge potential for Sochii in 2014 if it comes together like the Canadian ladies did in 1998. Talk to Beckie and Sara and see if you can gain some insight from them and what they did to be medal producers in 2002 in Salt Lake. Have a great summer!
