December 29, 2006 – The Quebec City Region is actively preparing for the 80th edition of the Canadian Cross-Country Ski Championships.

Fall trail preparation included the design of a new Sprint course at Mont Ste Anne and detailed planning for opening day races on The Plaines of Abraham in Quebec City. The Organizing Committee is excited to welcome all skiers from across Canada. The Start / Finish area for the Ski Nationals returns to the Auberge de Fondeur for the first time in over 15 years. The site had previously hosted National Championship and World Masters Championships in the late 80’s.

All information related to accommodation is now available at www.skinationals.com. Information on race schedules and registration will be available by mid-January.
