September 23, 2015 – The 2016 Competition season racing license is now available for purchase online here.  Three levels of licenses are being offered this season including a Development License for $15, Junior License for $55 and a Senior License for $65. A transferable $15 Para-Nordic Guide License can also be purchased by B1-B3 athletes for their guides during the season.

Skiers born in “2001 and after” can purchase the CCC Development License.  This option will feature the same benefits as a regular CCC License including access to a special annual subscription discount to Ski Trax Magazine. Racers competing at the midget level and above will also benefit by having applicable race results placed in the Canada Points List for reference when race category seeds are determined by points.

With the inclusion of the Development License, CCC will be able to more accurately follow the development of young skiers in the Training 2 Train and above levels of the Competition Model.

Organizers and athletes should note that competitions that offer midget categories that are sanctioned as CPL (Tier 1 or Tier 2) races will be required to own either a CCC Development License or a Supporting Member Day License.
