November 25, 2003 – Note: Athletes taking  medication for asthma can only use inhaled formoterol, salbutamol, salmeterol or  terbutaline and must declare their use to the Canadian Centre for Ethics in  Sport (CCES), and if involved in international competitions, also to FIS. Coaches and athletes should ensure the proper forms are  completed as failure to do this may result in a positive doping test for the  athlete if tested.
