June 15, 2011 (Vermont) – NENSA Elite and Development Team members are invited to participate in one of the training sessions taking place at the NENSA Eastern REG camp.

There will be an uphill run at Elmore Park on June 28th. This race will be an important test (one of three) for those participating in the full camp, and will provide a chance for other Elite and Development team members to test their fitness level against some of the top juniors in New England, as well as Green Team members! On July 2nd, there will be a USSA L100 /NENSA Level 1 Technique clinic at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Clinic runs from 2 – 4 PM and will cover both classic and skating. Bryan Fish, USST Development Coach will lead the clinic. No charge for participants. Contact Janice to sign up! This clinic satisfies both USSA L100 and NENSA L1 technique requirements for coaches certification.

The Craftsbury Nordic Club will also be hosting an Olympic Day as part of the Nationwide celebration of the Olympic spirit!. There are all kinds of fun events being planned and meet and greet with local Olympians! This event is open to all. Full details will be announced shortly so stay tuned!
