November 30, 2013 (Idre, Sweden) – It didn’t take Canada’s Chandra Crawford too long to ramp up her speed and claim her first podium of the season today in the women’s 1km FR Sprint in Idre, Sweden. Crawford, who made the top 20 last weekend in Bruksvallarna, qualified 6th and then advanced by winning her quarterfinal. She was second in her semi final and went on to score a podium finish claiming third behind winner Hanna Falk (SWE) with Jennie Öberg in 2nd. In the men’s race Simon Persson (SWE) won over Johan Eriksson in second with Gustav Eriksson in third.
