November 16, 2003 – The Canadian Birkebeiner Festival is always looking for new people to help out at the Birkie. It takes 650 volunteers to make the Birkie festival happen in February. Many enthusiastic skiers look forward to this great event every winter! There is much preparation behind the scenes ahead of time to make this festival successful.
