February 19, 2009 (Valdidentro, Italy) – Here are some excellent videos on YouTube posted by Shane Munro of Ascent Physical Therapy from Canmore. Munro was traveling as the physio therapist for the Canadian National Team leading up to the Nordic World Championships.

The videos are of the Canadian National Team skiers performing at last weekend’s World Cup in Valdidentro Italy with all but two of the skiers scoring World Cup points – and Sara Renner placed 5th in the 10km classic. A couple of standout points for me are how big Alex Harvey is skiing and the forward body position and arm angles on both Sara and George Gray…also, love the slow-mo!!!
