October 24, 2004 – Each fall, the Executive Directive provides a mid-year
“state-of-the-union” report regarding the progress of the Association
towards the objectives established in “Striding Forward”, CCC’s Business
Plan. This year, the Executive Director’s Outlook also incorporates
thoughts on how CCC must prepare for the challenges and opportunities
