October 26, 2016 – With the goal of increasing the number of female coaches at the high performance level in Canada, the CCC Women’s Committee is looking to launch a female coach mentorship program that would see female coaches seeking to become high performance coaches move through the Comp-Dev Advanced NCCP context while being mentored by a female high-performance coach. The program would be subsidized.

At this point, we are looking for expressions of interest from female coaches eligible to undertake the NCCP Comp-Dev Advanced context. We will then look at building an individualized mentorship framework around one or two coaches, depending on available funding.
