Norway’s women’s Cross-Country team tested their shape this week in Kvitfjell. Therese Johaug won the tests with a great margin and but she did not surprise the national coach Egil Kristiansen. “It was a very hard test the girls did. I think it was the toughest one they do during the whole season. It’s Therese’s favourite terrain so I am not surprised she was fastest,” Kristiansen told Norwegian media. – read more here.
Dario Cologna Wins Roller Ski Race from Sovere to Bossico
Dario Cologna continues with good summer results as he won a roller ski competition from Sovere to Bossico. The race in classical technique was 7.7 km long and featured 575 m of the height difference. In a sunny Indian Fall afternoon and mild and humid weather Cologna showed he is well prepared for the Olympic season – read more here.
