Newfoundland's Stephanie Corbett is now continuing her skiing career in western Canada. Corbett is a first-year physical education student at Augustana University College in Canmore, Alta. Corbett, from Wabush, Nfld.,was a long-time member of the Menihek Nordic Ski Club. Over the years, she won numerous provincial medals and three gold medals at last year's Eastern Canadian Championships. She also had a 10th-place finish at the Canadian Nationals. Lambert Olympic Bound A three-time Olympic medalist has been named the assistant chef de mission for Canada's 2004 Olympic team. Nathalie Lambert will assist David Bedford, who will serve as Canada's chef de mission for the 2004 Games to be held in Athens, Greece. Lambert, a former short-track speed skater, was part of a Canadian relay team that won a gold medal at the 1992 Albertville Olympics. She also captured two silver medals at the 1994 Lillehammer Olympics.
