June 01, 2018 (Denver, Colorado) – Denver and Colorado are keen to host the the Winter Olympic Games in 2030 if voters approve a statewide referendum in 2020 or later reports ESPN. Denver is the only city in Olympic history to give up a winning bid after voters rejected funding for the event forcing the city to back out of hosting the 1976 Games.
