December 17, 2015 – Some important information about this weekend’s EasternCup opener at Craftsbury.  YES, it is still ON!  Craftsbury is doing an awesome job trying to preserve the snow they have, and make it the best possible race course for you all this coming weekend.  That said, we need to preserve the snow primarily for racing only, so there will be limited access to the loop, for non-racers.  Please bring your sneakers, as dry land warm up may be the best and only way.  Weather permitting, Craftsbury may also try to have some Concept2 ski ergs outside for warm ups.  Basically, we all need to do all we can to preserve the race loop, so our athletes have the best possible conditions for racing.

On-line registration closes at 5pm Wednesday 12/16. There will be DOR registration, BUT, you will be seeded at the back of the pack, in order of DOR registration. There will be the ability to purchase a DOR USSA membership, but only at the general level of $15, or one-day-only level or $10. No competitive USSA licenses ($95) will be sold at DOR, so if you want to be scored, you must buy that now, and do on-line registration by 5pm tomorrow.
