October 21, 2013 (Fairbanks, Alaska) – Fast & Female is proud to present an afternoon of athletic inspiration and fun for girls 9-19, hosted by local Nordic ski hero Rebecca Rorabaugh, along with Ambassadors from the UAF Swimming and XC Running teams!

WHEN:
October 27, 2013 from 2-5 PM

WHERE:
Birch Hill Cross Country Ski Center

SCHEDULE:
2-2:30PM Check-in and Welcome Words

2:30-3:30PM indoor and outdoor activity stations:
– Cross country ski activities for all levels
– Dance
– Multisport indoor play (volleyball, swim exercises, soccer etc.)

3:30-4PM Yoga cool down and healthy snack

4-4:30PM Inspirational Presentation

4:30-5:00PM Poster signing and wrap-up

WHO:
Girls 9-19 who love sports! All abilities welcome, invite your friends too!

BRING:
Your positive attitude, comfy athletic clothing, water and a smile! If there is snow, cross country ski equipment is optional and encouraged.
