FIS Offers Updated Manual on Nutrition and Female XC Skiers

February 13, 2007 – A New Publication from the FIS Sub-Committee for Ladies’ Cross-Country, “The Role of Adequate Nutrition for Performance and Health for Female Cross-Country Skiers” which was originally published in 2003 has recently been updated and is now available online in PDF format from the CCC website: www.cccski.com
