Hardwood Ski and Bike is OPEN for the Ski Season

release by Hardwood Ski and Bike

November 26, 2012 (Barrie, ON) We have had our first snow fall of the season with just over 20 cm on Saturday.  The weather forecast is calling for more cold temperatures and snow flurries over the next few days.

Our trail crew has been out rolling and grooming our trails.  We currently have about 5.5 kms of trails open for skate skiing and once we receive more snow we can set the tracks for classic skiing.

We will continue to work on opening more trails and look forward to Mother Nature delivering some more snow to help us get all our trails open soon.

On our trails we have good coverage however they may be some rocks hiding under the snow so we would recommend people use older skis until the snow depth increases.

We are charging a reduced trail fee of $15 + HST until we get more trails open and groomed.

Weekdays: 9:00 am to 5pm
