La Fontaine was named CEO last December and is a strong and gifted sports leader with a wealth of international experience in elite sports. He speaks from experience and he knows how to win.

He was the CEO of Swimming Canada from 2005-2013 and has been a Head Coach for swimming at the Australian Institute for Sport (AIS), where he helped the program grow into and international powerhouse.
