March 25, 2014 (Anchorage, Alaska) – SkiTrax caught up with Vermont’s Andy Newell (Stratton) and Alaska’s Kikkan Randall (APU) after their SuperTour Finals 1.4km classic sprint races at Kincaid Park in Fairbanks, Alaska on Sunday. Newell crossed the line first in the men’s event, but was later relegated for obstructing Reese Hanneman (APU), resulting in the Fairbanks skier, Hanneman, being named the victor.
