Part of this effort involves the integration of its Para Nordic National Ski Team program into a broader High Performance System that serves athletes at lower levels of its Long Term Athlete Development Guide (LTAD). Cross Country Canada, the National Sport Organization for cross-country skiing in Canada, is currently seeking a fulltime employee to fill the position as Coordinator – Para-Nordic Programs (CPNP). This position is designed to deliver comprehensive leadership and support to the Para-Nordic National Ski Team program and to the recruitment and athlete development components of all programs for athletes with a disability.
