Jericho Rollerskiing Camp 2010

When: August 1-8
Where: Jericho, VT at the Ethan Allen Training Center (Army Base)
What: Nordic training camp with emphasis on rollerskiing. They have a rollerskiing loop at the base where cars are prohibited from driving. It’s great for rollerskiing because the trails are laid out just like ski trails. We’ll also do some running, ski bounding, strength and play some games.
Accommodations: We’ll be eating and staying right on the base. GNA has hired a catering company to take care of the food so you’ll be well-fed the whole time.
Coaching: Nina Gavryluk – 18-year member of the Russian National Team, multiple time Olympian and gold medalist
Who: Skiers ages 16-20. prior rollerskiing experience is required.
Cost: $500. Includes 7 days/7 nights, all food and accommodations. Training fees including coaching and rollerski track fees
Deposit: Pay deposit of $100 to get an application for the camp (non-refundable)

Gunstock Nordic Summer Training Camp 2010

When: July 19 – 23
Where: Gunstock Mountain Resort, Gilford NH
What: Nordic training camp rollerskiing, skiwalking, running, dryland exercises. Join GNA skiers and coach Nina Gavrylyuk at Gunstock to perfect your skiing technique and learn how to build your endurance and strength for next ski season. The camp will include 2-3 sessions each day which will include roller skiing, hiking, running, ski walking, ski bounding, strength, dryland technique and video analysis. Athletes will stay in the GNA clubhouse. All meals are included!
Accommodations: Stay in the beautiful Gunstock Nordic Clubhouse and enjoy all the amenities of Gunstock Mountain Resort. All meals provided.

Who: Campers should be 12-14 years of age and have their own rollerski equipment.
Cost: Overnight camp cost: $350. Day camp cost: $150
