October 25, 2008 (Winthrop, Washington) – The Methow Valley leads the nation with the most kilometers of dog-friendly skiing. This ski season, in answer to demand, the Methow Valley Sports Trail Association (MVSTA) has increased the number of dog-friendly ski trails to 57km/35 miles. In the Methow Valley the only thing people love more than skiing is skiing with their dogs. MVSTA has expanded the number of kilometers of dog-friendly ski trails to include the Rendezvous area. Winter can often be a hard time of year to exercise your pet; the MVSTA dog-friendly trails provide the perfect solution.
