May 17, 2004 – In partnership with NTDC-Thunder Bay, National Ski Team coaches Dave Wood and Alain Parent will be hosting a National Team Development Camp in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Athlete representatives of the National Ski Teams 2005, 2006, 2010 and 2014 will be in Thunder Bay during the week of June 7-13 to participate in this camp. Many of Canada's top skiing talents will be invited to join in for a week of focused training. This is one of two National Team Development Camps being offered this coming dryland season with the second one slated for Canmore, Alberta in September.

On the weekend there is room for other interested participants: Beginning Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday (June 11-13) the camp is open to any athletes who are currently in a full year training program. Coaches are also encouraged to come and participate for any days of the camp's duration.

Camp costs include all lodging, food and transportation (incl. air/bus pickup/dropoff): Full Camp, seven days (by invitation): $300.00 ($50.00/day if less than full camp)

Weekend, two days register in advance: $100.00 This cost includes a Friday evening Nordic community dinner with the National Ski Team representatives.
