August 22, 2014 – NENSA is announcing the first of its Fall/winter series of Coaches Clinics. The theme of this clinic will be getting the most out of dryland training sessions – running dryland practices that are creative, productive, and simple.  In particular, these sessions are targeted at junior/youth coaches working with large groups and few resources; however, coaches at all levels can benefit from these discussions.  Although we’ll do a skate rollerski segment, rollerskiing is not a major focus of the clinic – those without rollerskis can still participate.  We may be able to find a couple loaner pairs of rollerskis for those who need them. Helmets are mandatory for the rollerski session.
