Night Skiing Starts at Stevens Pass

January 9, 2005 – With seven new inches of snow on
Friday and nearly three feet of snow in the base area, Stevens Pass,
announced today that it will open night skiing on Saturday, January 8,
for the 2004-2005 skiing and riding season.

When night skiing begins on Saturday, Stevens Pass guests will have
access to Hogsback, Skyline, Tye Mill and Daisy chairlifts from 9:00
a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Brooks chairlift will be available on Fridays
and Saturdays throughout the night skiing season.

Night skiing at Stevens Pass was slated to begin on December 10, 2004
and run through March 6, 2005. With the late opening, the night skiing
season will now extend until March 20.

Special, early-season lift ticket prices are as follows:

3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
-Adult (13-61) $28 + tax
-Youth (7-12) $23 + tax
-Senior (62-69) $26 + tax
-Children 6 & under $5 + tax
-Senior (70+) $8 + tax

Stevens Pass will open additional lifts and terrain, adjust ticket
prices and extend hours as conditions permit. For up-to-date area

The following Stevens Pass facilities will also be open on Saturday
night: Cascadian Kitchen, Bull’s Tooth Pub & Eatery, Iron Goat Pizza
Station, T-Bar Market, The Edge, Rossignol Tech Center, and Stevens
Pass Ski & Snowboard School.
