December 30, 2014 – Attention athletes attending the 2015 US Nationals who want to qualify for the U18 Nation’s Cup Trip to Ornskoldsvik, Sweden, Feb 1-11, 2015. At team naming we require the following information:

• First Name, Last Name, Home Club, Date of Birth, USSA #, FIS #, Passport #, Passport Expiration Date, Cell Phone #, email address.
• You will also need to provide a photocopy of your passport (preferably color)
• We will also need Name, Cell #, email address for parent(s) and primary coach.
• It is essential that we get this information at team naming so that we can commence with registration and travel arrangements immediately.
• You will also need a check for $750 made out to NNF on the night of team naming. Payment by check is preferable.
