Proposed Revision to the Canadian Anti-Doping Program

September 15, 2006 – The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) seeks the comment of the Canadian sport community on an intended revision to the Canadian Anti-Doping Program (CADP). The revision would make access to a resolution facilitator optional, not mandatory, and available only upon consent of all parties to a hearing. The intended revision would come into effect on January 1, 2007.
