August 06, 2013 (Park City, UT) — Seven members of the USASJ Devo ski jumping team will depart for a two-week training camp and competitions starting today, staging out of Salt Lake City, UT.

Qualifying for the trip are the following jumpers including Kevin Bickner, Alex Haupt, Christian Friberg, Brian Wallace, Miles Lussi, Will Rhoads and Nick Mattoon.

Leading the trip will be USASJ International trainer Bine Norcic. The squad will be jumping in Kranj, SLO and Zakopne, POL and the trip will run from now until August 19^th.

USASJ Athletic Director said that getting these athletes continued international experience is vital to developing a strong overall programing saying, “To get this many of our development jumpers to Europe is another example of how we are growing the base of the next generation of America’s elite-level jumpers. They need this kind of continued exposure to the best. We are very excited these young have made such a huge commitment.”
