November 29, 2006 – Skigo is proud to announce Official Supplier/Sponsor status with Nordic Combined Canada for Skigo ski waxes, ski poles and accessories. Earlier this year Skigo and Biathlon Canada announced a similar partnership. Both teams tested and used Skigo wax last season with positive results during a critical season.

Jon Servold, Head Coach for Nordic Combined, also experienced the same supportive efforts to support the Nordic Combined team doing its best as it re-establishes Canada’s international participation.

The Swedish manufacturer has been well known for years with its high performance waxes and its continued development of new kick and glide waxes for active and racing skiers. Skigo has been under the experienced guidance of the well known Swedish cross country skier Christer Majbäck for 10 years now.
