October 19, 2010 (Canmore, AB) – We’ve received reports from Canmore that skiing has already been underway for four days, courtesy of “Frozen Thunder” – a pile of snow that was stored over the summer and brought out on October 15 to create a 1km groomed ski loop at the Canmore Nordic Centre. “Frozen Thunder” is already a big success, with eager skiers popping up to take their first glides of the season.
