SkiTrax Fantasy FIS Tour de Ski 2014/15 Contest Winners and Final Standings after Alpe Cermis 9km FR Pursuit

January 20, 2015 (Toronto, ON) – We are excited to present the winners and final standings of our 7th annual international SkiTrax FIS Fantasy Tour de Ski 2014/15 Contest after the famed Alpe Cermis climb at round seven in Val di Fiemme, Italy.

Team USA’s Elizabeth Stephen continued her hot streak with the fourth fastest time on the infamous 9km FR pursuit climb up Cermis and set herself up for a historic top-five result at the Tour (read more here). On the men’s side, Martin Johnsrud Sundby (NOR) defended his TdS title with an incredible performance on the final stage (read our coverage here).

In the contest standings, team GreatWhiteNorth made an exciting late surge to take the top spot with 1,077 points for the fabulous grand prize Madshus Redline Carbon Skate skis, Super Nano Skate boots, Nano Carbon Race 100 UHM poles (value $1,815).

Team 2015 TdS WINNERS finished second overall with 1,068 points and takes away the fantastic second prize Nipika Mountain Resort  2-night getaway lodging package, a fully equipped cabin incl. all amenities (value $875).

Team Vind for the win scored 1,064 points and came from behind to snag the awesome third place Rudy Project Sunglasses For Sport Agon + For Life Spinhawk (value $450) prize package.

This wraps up the seventh annual international SkiTrax FIS Fantasy Tour de Ski 2014/15 Contest open to contestants around the world – the only Nordic fantasy contests worldwide.
