November 15, 2003 (Quebec City, Quebec) – A time-trial is planned for this weekend on a new 2.5 km loop that is described as “World Cup standard”. The loop has been constructed in conjunction with the installation of new snow-making, an initiative which is sure to make this venue, just north of Quebec City, a mecca for early-season skiing for racers in eastern North America. The Foret de la Montmorency is an attractive site, as it is self-contained for accommodation as well as training. Visiting racers and teams are welcome.
