May 12, 2008 (Whistler, BC) – The US Ski Team has been training on the 2010 Olympic trails in Whistler, BC for its spring training camp to get a feel of the terrain while staging several races as part of their preparations. Here are some photos from the skate sprint relay – the men’s competition was dominated by Kris Freeman while Liz Stephen won a couple of laps in the women’s race. Both the Canadian and US teams held camps on the Olympic trails at the same time – thanks to Zach Caldwell for the great pics.
