October 19, 2007 (Vancouver, B.C.) – The Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (VANOC) will provide financial and business operations updates on October 19, 2007 through the issuing of its annual report.

As part of its commitment to public transparency and accountability, VANOC issues financial reports on a quarterly basis, providing the public with financial results, operational updates, recent milestones and a look ahead to the next quarter.

VANOC’s annual report, including a news release, management discussion and analysis and financial results will be issued on www.vancouver2010.com at 8 am PDT on October 19, 2007. This will be followed by a 10:00 am PDT media conference call to review the report. The teleconference call will feature Vancouver 2010 Chief Executive Officer John Furlong, Chief Financial Officer John McLaughlin, and members of the Vancouver 2010 Executive Management Team.
