June 7, 2006 – As part of a commitment to public transparency and accountability, the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games will begin issuing financial reports on a quarterly basis, providing the public with financial details, recent milestones and a look ahead to the next quarter.

Vancouver 2010’s first quarterly report, which includes venue by venue construction costs, will be issued on vancouver2010.com at 9 am PST on June 14, 2006, followed by an 11 am PST conference call to review the report with VANOC CEO John Furlong and CFO Rex McLennan.
