November 09, 2018 (Gatineau, QC) – The 2019 Canadian Cross-Country Ski Championships will be held in Gatineau, Quebec (near Ottawa) at Nakkertok Nordic ski club from March 13th to 20th. Over 800 skiers are expected to attend from across Canada. The event will be run by ENGNE, the organizers of the Gatineau World Cup stop on the 2016 Ski Tour Canada, at the site of the 2018 U.S. SuperTour event.
The 93rd Canadian Cross-Country Ski Championships will crown the National Champions in both Junior and Senior age classes and provide FIS points for eligible participants. The Championships will also serve as selection races for the Canadian team who will be racing at the World Cup Finals in Quebec City, the following weekend. Para-nordic and University/College competitions will be included as part of the schedule. A contingent of international junior skiers will also attend the races, before traveling to the F.I.S., “Rising Stars” Junior event, being held in Quebec City during the World Cup Finals.2019 Canadian Ski Championships Schedule:

– Mar 14: Pursuit, skate
– Mar 16: Sprints (Seniors/Older Juniors)
– Mar 17: Sprints (Younger Juniors)
– Mar 18: Team Sprints
– Mar 19: Long distance, mass start (Seniors/Older Juniors)
– Mar 20: Long distance, mass start (Younger Juniors)
