November 30, 2017 (Canmore, AB) – Cross Country Ski de fond Canada (CCC) is seeking a world-class High Performance Director (HPD) to lead the development and execution of CCC’s High Performance vision and plan and ultimately drive the success of CCC’s Olympic program.

Responsible for athletes targeted as NextGen up to and including those competing at the Olympic Games and FIS World Championships, the HPD will build and maintain a culture of excellence and focus the energy, attention and resources necessary for sustained international and podium results.

The HPD will exercise exceptional communication and leadership skills in working closely with head coaches, HP program staff, Sport Science Sport Medicine (SSSM), clubs, Divisions, Training Centres, funding partners and others to deliver an aligned, world-class program.

The HPD will be based at the beautiful Canmore Nordic Centre in Canmore, AB, where a remarkable team of staff, volunteers, athletes, coaches and others await.
