January 09, 2018 – In professional sports fantasy leagues have been increasing rapidly in order to connect the fans with the live sports. In Visma Ski Classics Fantasy each team owner starts up with $40,000 fantasy dollars to spend on up to 10 athletes on gender of own choosing. The prices of the athletes depend on their historical results and the prices will change during the season depending on the results. So a well managed team will both have many points and increase their budgets. Fantasy Pro Teams may select and replace athletes until CET 23:00 day before race. And after each race athletes can be sold for their new value.

The score in Visma Ski Classics Fantasy will be calculated by adding all champion, sprint, climb and youth points collected by the Fantasy Pro Team athletes. Since the youth points, collected by skiers up to the age of 26, are the same as the champion points. The value for youth athletes will be high, lifting forward new athletes in the the tour.

Registerring a Fantasy Pro Team is free of charge, however the best three Fantasy Pro Teams will also be awarded prizes as per below:
– 1st Euro 500 + official champion glass block + 2 free start places in Visma Ski Classics Final and Banquet 2019
– 2nd Euro 250
– 3rd Euro 125
