April 21, 2010 – With a disappointing performance at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Games and serious doping woes plaguing the Federation over the years the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) has been hard at work to stem the tide and try and turn things around in preparation for Sochi in 2010 according to a report in the Washington Post.
