March 01, 2018 (Otepaa, Estonia) – Canada’s Pascale Paradis delivered a top result finishing 6th with one missed target in the Youth Women’s 10km Individual at the 2018 IBU Youth/Junior World Championships kicked off on Feb. 26 in Otepaa, Estonia for 35 nations with 200 men and 179 women (in the combined youth and junior categories).
Fellow Canuck Benita Peiffer was 11th also with one penalty. The top American was Emma Stertz in 60th with two penalties. In the Youth Men’s 12.5km Individual Leo Grandbois (Can) led the charge in 24th with five penalties while Vaclav Cervenka was the top American in 27th with six missed targets.
