Camp Objectives
– Bring new ideas to athletes preparing to improve and excel in sprint racing
– Develop an understanding of the complexity of the event – from technique to tactics
– Introduce proper muscle recruitment and motor control development through monitored functional strength training

Meals and Accommodation
– Lunch will be provided daily at the camp. Athletes will be responsible for all other meals and snacks.
– Accommodations will be the responsibility of the athlete. Billeting can be found for out of town athletes, please contact Christine Hicks if required.
Equipment
– All essential dryland equipment will be required: Rollerskis (skate, classic), poles (skate, classic, walking), boots, helmet
– Other important equipment: clothing for any and all weather (including changes of clothing for between sessions), drinkbelt, heart-°©_rate monitor, sport drink, notebook and pen
