August 6, 2008 (Toronto, ON) – We’re sorry for the short delay and pleased to announce the winners of Pedal’s 2009 TdF Contest following the one week Doping De-points rule which included the suspension of Mikel Astarloza (Euskaltel-Euskadi) on July 31 resulting in the loss of any points he earned (he was 3rd on Stage 8, 1st on Stage 16, and 11th on final GC).
