October 5, 2009 (Lake Placid, NY) – The USST Lake Placid Camps ski walking/bounding VO2 Max intervals this morning on the trails of Whiteface Mountain produced quite an impressive sight of athletes getting the job done. All of the teams currently in Placid for this camp took part in today’s workout – I didn’t count how many skiers were out there but it was a lot. How often do you get to train with this many elite athletes? Take advantage of it while you can and make it happen.
