November 4, 2009 – With the World Cup season around the corner Norway’s Eldar Ronning was diagnosed with the swine flu this week. Rønning chose to look positively at the situation reports Langrenn.com. “My overall general condition is poor, but now at least I don’t have to think about a vaccination.” Meanwhile, Czech star Lukas Bauer, former World Cup runner-up and World Cup overall winner, has been dealing with a sore tooth and the antibiotics have set back his training enough that he is not sure if he will start the first World Cup in Beitostølen, NOR on November 21.
