November 25, 2009 (West Yellowstone, MT) – The official start of the USSA SuperTour 2010 race calendar begins today – a classic Sprint at the Yellowstone Festival in West Yellowstone, Montana. This year seven of Canada’s National Team members and Olympic hopefuls will be on the start line mixing it up with their US counterparts.
Stefan Kuhn, Sean Crooks, Drew Goldsack and Graeme Killick will go up against Chris Cook, Colin Rodgers, Garrett Kuzzy and Kevin Hochtl, in the Men’s event. While Dasha Gaiazova, Shayla Swanson, and Brittany Webster will go head to head with US speedsters Rosie Brennan, Morgan Smyth, Rebecca Dussault and junior Sadie Bjornsen.
The forecast is for the mid 20F degrees, so the kick wax on the Rendezvous trails should be straight forward. The start list for this morning’s qualifications, starting at 9am RMT, can be found here.
