December 5, 2009 – On Thursday US Biathlon’s Tim Burke scored silver at the 2009 Biathlon World Cup in Östersund, Sweden in the Men’s Individual 20km – a breakthrough, historic performance for the rising star. Coach Per Nilsson, who took over the team reins following the 2006 Torino Olympics, was “not surprised” with Burke’s performance. Read more about Burke’s historic silver here.
