March 24, 2015 (Labrador City, NL) – Here are some pics from our Racing Rocks ski Tournament yesterday.  It was -4 degrees and the kids had a blast.  We had over 30 kids sign up.

There was music, games , healthy foods and refreshments.  Each group had their own track to race on.  The bunnies being in the center with a straight run. Afterwards they played games and had a bean bag throw.

The Jackrabbits race trail circled around the bunnies and the Track Attack went wider racing outside of the Jackrabbits trail so everyone could be seen and lots of cheering from the crowd.

We had a monster ski race and played some games.

Afterwards everyone skied back to the Chalet for refreshments and food.  Each participant was awarded a medal and prizes were drawn.  It was a huge success!!

I will forward more pics and some video.  The kids loved the ski buffs.  Thanks so much.  Next week we have our Great Labrador Loppet.  This will be our 40th anniversary.  Lots of snow and good temps.
