July 29, 2015 (Wanaka, New Zealand) – The Merino Muster Organizing Committee invites you to join us to celebrate the 21st Merino Muster on the 15th of August at Snow Farm, Cardrona, Wanaka.

This promises to be an exciting event with more than double last years Worldloppet skiers. Meet Hannes Larsson a 26 times Worldloppet Master (means he has skied 260 marathon races)., Jan Valdejck a 23 times Worldloppet master and witness the enthusiasm of the International competitors

20 different countries are represented in the entries along with our New Zealand skiers. QLDC event funding have allocated funds for 30 flag poles around the stadium added the truly international flavour.

A nominated Muster press officer will  explain the proceedings of the day.to help you analyse  the days events. There are four events. The 42km starting at 10 am and the 21km and 7km  5mins after. In the early afternoon there is a Mini Merino race for the junior under 10 children targeting those new to the sport.
