August 22, 2015 – The primary function of the Paralympic High Performance Athlete Development Advisor is to work with targeted Paralympic sports to support the identification and development of athletes as indicated by the National Sport Organizations (NSOs) NextGen Program and Provincial Sport Organizations (PSOs), as well as Podium Pathway and Gold Medal Profile.

This role will be highly collaborative and will be managed with joint functionality between Own The Podium (OTP), Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC) and the Canadian Sport Institute (CSI) Ontario.  The Paralympic HP Athlete Development Advisor of CPC will collaborate with OTP, CSI Ontario, NSOs and PSOs.
