January 08, 2016 (Toblach, Italy) – The USA’s Noah Hoffman (USA) earned the top North American result and a top-20 performance, placing 19th in the men’s 10km FR in stage six of the 2016 Tour de Ski in Toblach, Italy. Finn Hagen Krogh (NOR) was the winner, besting team mate and tour leader Martin Johnsrud Sundby (NOR) by 3.6s. Maurice Manificat (FRA) grabbed third place, 14.6s behind the winner.
Sergey Ustiugov (RUS) led out the first few km’s, but faded to fourth place. Sundby maintains his overall lead with only two stages remaining. Petter Northug (NOR) holds second overall at 1:28.1 back.
The top Canuck was Alex Harvey who finished 39th, followed by Ivan Babikov (CAN) in 41st, Devon Kershaw (CAN) in 46th, with Erik Bjornsen (USA) in 56th.
